Off to Fargo, yes the place that some of us wonder what is happening there.
I keep thinking of that amazing movie “Fargo.
Looking forward to finding out what the Fargo - Moorhead has to offer, it is described as “one of the most transformed neighborhoods, one of the top college towns, best place for business and carriers, one of the best hidden places in the US, one of America’s brainiest cities”.
Actually N. Dakota and Minnesota are the happiest states!
We are hoping for no rain, as everything is grey and the forecast is not too promising.
We are actually on route to stay with our daughter Larissa and her husband
Lou who live in Minnesota. We are very much looking forward to spending some time with them and enjoy them. Nothing like family time which is so missed
with those we love.
On route we came across a gigantic cow (50 feet long and 36 feet high) sitting on top of a hill one could see from quite far away in New Salem N.D.
It took us a little while to enter Fargo, Ron counted 102 cars,we actually were so lucky considering
the length of the trains we have been seeing throughout this trip!
The city actually had a health and wellness festival, a lot of stores were to stay open during the day.
Unfortunately by the time we parked and started walking the rain started and they literally rolled up the sidewalks! Here is what was left.
Some who just would not give in to the weather, sure enough it did stop raining.
Can you believe this?
A restaurant we decided not to go to..
We walked in to this so nice rustic log cabin style hotel, just thought we would share.
Would you believe, as we opened the window of our adorable cabin style room, equally as nice as the Reception area, this little guy appeared, a wood carving of a bear!
Well we did not see any at Yellowstone so HERE!
